Since 1957, we've served Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota with mobile and industrial hydraulic products and solutions. We are a certified Eaton Q/A Service Center and offer a complete line of services including HVOF chrome plating, engineered cartridge valve packages and custom engineered projects that include fabrication and installation.

Services:
Engineering services include design review, total system design, AutoCAD Inventor 2007 platform, manifold design, electro hydraulic system design and programming, and on-site custom engineering.
QA Qualification:
Vickers QA authorized, Eaton pending, Poclain Hydraulics authorized repair facility, Liebherr Mining Equipment authorized hydraulic and suspension component repair facility.
Repair Work:
- Full range of fluid power component repair
- Maximum cylinder rod repair capability of up to 16" diameter
- Maximum cylinder bore repair capability of up to 20" diameter
- HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) system to chrome cylinder rods for extended life vs. conventional chroming processes
- Test stands for variable piston (hydro-static transmissions) and valve spool leakage
- Eaton certified repair facility
In 2006, the Billings, MT location was upgraded to provide repair on large cylinders. A focus on environmentally safe conditions led to the installation of an HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) system to chrome cylinder rods and replaces the tradition electrolyte process used in the past.
