Request for Return

This is a request for return only.  You will be sent a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form to use as your packing slip.

• No items will be accepted for return without an RGA
• All items are subject to inspection, reboxing and restocking charge.  You will be notified if additional charges apply to your return
• Special, machined or made-to-order items are non-returnable
• No returns shall be accepted following 60 days after delivery
• All items returned are shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated in writing
