By what method do you ship?
All Applied.com orders are shipped by UPS (weight permitting), and can be sent Best Way, Applied® Truck, Will Call/Customer Pickup, Next Day Air Early, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air a.m., 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or Ground. You may also select “Other” to receive additional shipping options.
Are there any items that cannot be shipped by air?
Prohibited items, such as hazardous materials and products with considerable weight or large dimensions, cannot be shipped by air. Prohibited items will be marked with a NO AIR SHIPPING icon.
Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
No. You will not automatically receive a tracking number for your shipment. If you would like a tracking number, contact the local service center listed on your order confirmation page.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed for in-stock items usually will ship within 24 hours.
From where will my order ship?
Your order will ship from the closest location where stock is available.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Applied.com does not ship internationally.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Multiple shipping location options are available. Call your local service center to have your account profile modified to include this feature.
Can the shipping information be changed?
To prevent fraud, only the established shipping address(es) for your account can be used. If new or additional shipping addresses are needed, you must make arrangements with your service center to have this updated in your profile.
Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?
Yes, and if the item is available, you will not pay handling charges. However, if the item is not available, a popup box will read:
The items you have ordered are currently NOT available at your local service center. These items can be shipped to your service center for pickup but standard charges will apply. Click “OK” to have items shipped for pickup, or click “Cancel” to choose another shipping method.
